One size fits all?

Last week I was presenting at a conference that was all about the 50-plus and the teen markets and their importance to arts organisations. In addition to being an excellent way of spending a day it was fascinating to hear about the teen market. You would be surprised at the similarities they have with the 50-plus market - not in the way teens behave (pretty obviously) but in the way that arts organisations should behave towards them.
